By using bill-splitting.com (“the Site”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
The service
Bill Splitting provides an informational bill-splitting calculator that runs in your browser. Results are estimates to help groups settle expenses. We do not process payments, move money, or act as a bank or payment processor.
No warranty
The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that calculations are error-free or suitable for any particular purpose. You are responsible for verifying amounts before transferring money.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, including disputes between you and other people about who owes what.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the Site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for unlawful purposes.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
